Claims

Client accepts and understands that any poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from our service date. Failure to do so will entitle client to no refunds or recovery cleanings. If a client has any items that are of a sentimental value or irreplaceable, we would recommend that they are placed out of the way for the duration of the cleaning service. Cleanpomo with prior arrangement with the client can use the cleaning products or equipment as requested and supplied by the customer, however Cleanpomo will not accept any liability as a result of any damage caused through the use of the products or equipment supplied by the client. Cleanpomo requires the presence of the Client or his/hers representative in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session so an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections are needed, should be made on the same day. If a Client is not completely satisfied with the cleaning services, Cleanpomo will re-clean any areas and item/s before the completion of the service on the same day

In case of damage Cleanpomo will try to repair the item/s if it agrees that it caused or  damaged by our cleaner. If the item/s cannot be repaired, Cleanpomo Oy will rectify the problem through its insurance company by crediting the Client with the item/s if it is proven to be damaged by our cleaner..
Cleanpomo will not be responsible for delay for a cleaning service due to lack of  hot water and power or third party entering or present at Client’s premises obstructing the cleaning process.

Cancellation

Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning service work up to 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. If the client  cancels or changes the cleaning service date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, 50% of cleaning service will be charged and Client agrees to pay such cancellation fee.  Clients agrees also to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at Client’s premises or problem with clients keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills required. Client has the right to terminate the service without giving 1 weeks’ notice but by giving 24 hours advance notice before or immediately after the first visit

Guarantee

Cleanpomo has built its business and reputation by providing its clients with the best quality cleaning service available. In this regard our workers  are human beings, they sometimes make mistakes. Because of this, Cleanpomo offers a unique 3 Point Guarantee. If the Client is not satisfied with any areas that have been cleaned, our worker will come back to the Client’s home and re clean those areas without any additional cost. The client also gets 2 hours of free cleaning next cleaning service time and we will call the client again to make sure  everything has been done perfectly.

By ordering Cleanpomo services on cleanpomo.com or by telephone or e-mail, the customer agrees to be bound by Cleanpomo’s terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant Finland law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Finland.

Cleanpomo Oy reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
